Providing Medical and Psychological Care for You and Your Family

To Our Patients: As there have been confirmed cases of H1N1 ('Swine Flu') in the Bay Area, if you become ill with influenza-like symptoms, including: fever, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, or vomiting or diarrhea, please do not hesitate to contact us for an appointment, particularly if you are worried about your symptoms. Our physicians and staff will consult with you to determine whether influenza testing or treatment is needed.

Burlingame Family Health's team of family physicians are always ready to help you when you are ill, but our greatest desire is to help you to stay healthy!

Dr. Jerry Warren, clinical psychologist, has 42 years experience counseling individuals, couples and families, and is available on site.

Our certified medical laboratory, located at our office, provides convenient, accurate, and timely test results when you and your doctor need them. We provide Hologic DEXA bone density testing of the low back and hip for accurate diagnosis and prevention of osteoporosis.

Burlingame Family Health wants to provide you and your family the highest quality health care possible. We accept most PPO's, indemnity insurances, Medicare, and private pay, depending on your needs.

Burlingame Family Health has psychological services as well as excellent primary medical care. We know that 70% of Americans could benefit from such service, but many feel they cannot afford to see someone for help and so go without. Dr. Jerry Warren, clinical psychologist, has 44 years of professional experience counseling individuals, couples, and families, and is available on site. He is happy to see you regardless of the issue. If Dr. Warren can't help you he will know who to refer you to, as he has been in this community since 1970 and so knows the ropes. If you have regular Medicare with a supplemental unsurance plan your visits with Dr. Warren will be fully paid for without any out-of-pocket costs to you.
